Seaworld is defending itself again after PETA filed a complaint to the SEC.
PETA is accusing Seaworld leaders of misleading investors about their “harmful, circus-like shows” and alleges it hurts the animals.
Seaworld says they do not hurt animals, and a spokesperson says this complaint is just another way “to distract from the real work Seaworld does every day caring for and protecting thousands of animals.”
