Recent ESA Ruling Threatens Property Rights

Unless the U.S. Supreme Court takes up and reverses a lower court ruling in an Endangered Species Act case, a precedent will be set that threatens the Constitutionally protected right for people to be secure in their property nationwide.

Attorney Tim Bishop explains how a recent court ruling allows the government to convert not habitable areas for endangered species into habitable one’s by seizing the private property of citizens.

Bishop speaks as to how this threatens private property across the nation.  The fundamental question is — does a frog, or any species, count more than people’s private property rights?  Unless the U.S. Supreme Court takes up the case, a dangerous precedent will be set.
